FitFriday IX

A day late, but was very busy yesterday.

Had plenty of low-level physical activity such as walking and gardening. Sore biceps is feeling better and DOMS now goes within 24h rather than 48-72h, so there’s improvement there.

A bit of excess water-weight and fat left to shed, but generally looking good.

Now my arm is better and I have more time I’m reintegrating my weights workouts.

Diet much cleaner, with a little too much sugar, but that’s not a huge compromise seeing as fruit and honey is almost nonexistent and starch is minimal.

Been listening to some more electronica-based music lately.
