Been going well so far. Body a little leaner, arm ache is back, but weights are going fine.
Depression has faded to just weeks of blankness and not particularly caring about anything, but at least it isn’t interfering with day to day life.
Weights sessions now involving two or more lifts every time. Diet stable, meat content going back up.
Hopefully next week will involve plenty of low-level activity and the weights will continue to progress.
