Chicken and gammon stew.
-5 chicken quarters
-3 large bell peppers
-200g bean sprouts
-400ml double cream
-chopping board and knife
1: Skin and separate the chicken quarters. Place them in the pot.
2: Slice the carrots and peppers. Add to the pot.
3: Cover with water, add the bean sprouts.
4: Cube the gammon and add to the pot.
5: Boil until all is tender.
6: Add the cream and boil for a further 5-10 minutes.
